Black Caviar Retired - 25/25

Recommended Posts

For those interested. The great mare has been retired with the exceptional record of 25 wins from 25 starts. One of, if not the greatest mares to ever race. An absolutely brutal sprinter who has destroyed many top class sprinters through her career reeling off exceptional sectionals. The split of 9.98 sec when beating Hay List in the Lightning Stakes is a mark that is doubtful will ever be matched - horses just cannot run faster than that
