5.20 Windsor Attwaal EW @ 8/1 Bet365 Berinsdale does look very solid in this race but I think there’s plenty to like about Attwaal’s recent runs. He is back on the flat this season having tried his hand over hurdles with no success. He returned to the flat over 10f at Lingfield where he ran well enough to finish 5^th. He looked in need of further that day so it was a surprise to see connections step him back down in trip to 9f at Wolves. He ran an even better race that day to finish 3^rd behind the thriving Mubtadi but again ran as though a step up in trip would benefit him. He finally got the step up to 12f last time out and won comfortably in the end off a mark of 65. He is only 4lbs higher retuning to turf but tomorrow’s conditions should suit him down to the ground. The horse is by Teofilo so I think there is every chance of more improvement to come from him now switched to turf. Neil King is better known for his jumps horses but he does very well with his rare runners on the flat. Over the last 5 years Neil King has had 83 4yo+ runners on the flat with 14 of them winning and a further 19 getting placed, which is pretty impressive.

Re: BBOTD Monday 15th 3.20 Windsor ~ Red Refraction ~ 8/1(bet365) Didn't stay the mile last run but had been progressing well prior to that. Drop back to 6f shouldn't be a problem with the ground riding soft and being out of Red Clubs should handle the softer surface as well as anything else in the line up. 1pt win
