I'm seeing players registered from all over the place, specifically Romania. Other networks can ban ips from outside country specific, why can't ipoker? He says that many of them are able to reroute their ips to UK ones or a lot of them actually live in UK &/or Ireland anyway. For the first point I'm sceptical and on the second point?
