Re: BBOTD Wednesday 23rd January 19.30 - Kempton - Shalambar EW @ 14/1 Bet365 Not one to have maximum faith in here particularly in a competitive low grade race like this but i just thought the price looked a touch generous considering his great C&D record. He's had 3 spins over C&D in his career and has bolted up twice (once off a 1lb higher mark than this) and the other he was only beaten a neck in second. Hasnt quite been as effective since his last win in March of last year but wasnt beaten far in either of his last 2 runs. Dropped down the handicap to 1lb below his last winning mark. My favourite AW jockey Jim Crowley replaces a claimer aboard him and it wouldnt surprise me to see him abit of money for him.
