*Buck Mulligan > Sedgefield 3:20 > WIN @ 9/2 Hills BOG* Runs off 127 tomorrow, which is a very leniant mark for it's re-appearance in my opinion, considering it was 2nd to Billie Magern at Cheltenham in October 2011 off a mark of 133. This is Class 3 also, and has been running in higher grade races. Ran well on it's only two runs over this trip, 2nd of 8 at Cheltenham and 5th of 16 at Stratford. Has also won on this ground and Evan Williams horses are running very well at the moment, he is getting a lot of horses placed.

Re: Jump Racing > Tuesday 13th November 1.50 - Sedgefield - Brave Spartacus @ 7/1 Betvictor Pretty poor over hurdles last season but has since switched yards and now sent chasing. Set a pretty hard task on chase debut a couple of weeks back Uttoxeter. And although he was pulled up before 2 out, he was running on the back of a 300 day break and in a field which looks a class above this lot. Drops straight down into a class 5 handicap off a mark of 89 which couple prove to be lenient should he come on for that run. Yard in decent nick at the minute including 2 winners today at Southwell and they have a decent record at the track too. Could well strike on handicap debut in a race lacking much potential. 3.20 - Sedgefield - No Planning @ 11/4 Bet365 Money for a couple of the other runners in this contest already but i still like the chances of the fav No Planning. The 5yo won nicely on his chasing debut last month at Hexham and has been handed an opening handicap mark of 123 which doesnt look beyond him on that form. The 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th have all come out and either won or been placed next time out which certainly bodes well for my selection. Stepped up slightly in trip which should be fine considering he has raced over further when hurdling, jumped well on his last appearance and certainly has scope for plenty more improvement. Sedgefield has been a happy hunting ground for trainer Sue Smith in 2012 with 9 winners from 28 runners here. Ryan Mania is aboard once more and would be a shame is this one didnt run another good race after his promising debut
