Re: Onemore DRAW! Well, here's my system for getting draws in the EPL. Looking for teams that i) when scores are level find it difficult to score but don't concede much either ii) are good at scoring when they are behind iii) are good at conceding when they are ahead Simple really! Backtesting has proved very positive. Using the season 2002/03 to produce starting ratings, then using season 2003/04 and current 2004/05 as potential bets from the system, have so far; Number of Matches 590 Draws selected : 63 Criteria : Expected Strike Rate > 35% and Expected Returns (value) > 20% profit Winning Bets : 25 Strike Rate : 40% Returns : + 18.45 to unit stake (29% profit) and that using Ladbrokes odds, Betfair should give better I'm putting real money on this, so wish me luck. Expect one bet a week on average. Big thanks to all who helped me automate my data processing.
