A jay at the races - Part trois

Recommended Posts

This past Friday I visited Newmarket Rowley. I've now been to both Newmarket courses and have to say that, aesthetically, this is my favourite - although I believe it's had a lot of redevelopment quite recently which would explain that. 409103_10100644829318897_1309756373_n.jpg At the July course, it's a bit of a walk to get from the parade ring to the on-course bookmakers, whereas here it's a welcome breeze. To get from the entrance, though, to the clubhouse, it's more than a few steps if you are travelling on foot, so it's probably best to get a taxi from the high street. 544750_10100644829348837_1687160545_n.jpg The impressive Rowley stand. 431630_10100644829388757_1363574924_n.jpg Reg Hollinshead's 2yo, Snowy Dawn. 22623_10100644829293947_38091357_n.jpg Persian Punch tribute. 314108_10100644829418697_1381630284_n.jpg Sunsetting over Newmarket.
