1.00 Lingfield While the track is bedding in it seems you need to be close or up with the pace and hard to make up ground turning in. Mey Blossom has dropped a long way in the weights but is on a long losing run and although shaped a little better recently but not enough to suggest that run is gonna come to an end. Hanagan is an interesting booking but wide draw not ideal. Red Shadow needs to bounce back from a poorer run last time out but had previously been running well with cheekpieces fitted. Would be no surprise to see him bounce back but is another one drawn out wide not ideal around here. Loyal Royal is another that lurks around on a potentially dangerous mark but again is on a long losing run, his run style is always dangerous and probably even more so at present the way the track is riding not suiting hold up horses. Illustrious Lad is fairly consistent but had struggled to get the win until winning a weak maiden over this trip at Kempton on penultimate start, bettered that effort last time out over same CD back in handicap. Back up in the weights though and generally struggled to win off this sort of mark but is atleast drawn well. Strategic Action is another that comes here in good form but was held off new mark last time out at Kempton with no tongue tie. That is refitted tonight but form on AW has question marks and drawn out in stall 9 again not ideal and has little room for error. The most interesting for me is Demoiselle Bond who is clearly an AW specialist, she has won twice at Kempton over 7f and on penultimate start over 6f she went up 4lb for that and on that effort still looked to have plenty of improvement left in her but she bombed again last time out hanging fairly badly and looked stretched by the 7f trip. Should be better suited to this return to 6f and going this way round may help and has run well here before and well drawn and the way the track is riding will really play into her hands. 1pt e/w Demoiselle Bond 8/1 bet365

Was a good 2nd over course and distance last time out, is up a few pounds, but a repeat effort would see it right in the mix again, and the horse is in cracking form. *1 Point WIN @ 6/1 VC BOG*
