I am off to Derby tomorrow, so will post Sundays selection. *Factotum - Huntingdon 5:50* Been on a bad run of form, but the handicapper has given it a good chance now, back down to 95. It's last win was back in 2009 off a mark of 123, and is now 28 pounds lower with AP McCoy on board for the Jonjo stable. Having it's first crack at this trip of 3m 2f, last run was in August at Bangor over 2m 4f where it was a laboured 5th of 9, but hopefully the extra distance and low mark will eek improvement out. *1 Point WIN @ SP*

Re: BBOTD Sunday 7th of October 12:55 Longchamp: Cay Verde 1pt win 25/1 Bet365 Its been a long while since a two year old won this (1978), however Cay Verde won very well on the soft at Chantilly and that form has been franked with Bailey's Jubilee running well at Newmarket recently. And this looks likely to be about how well the runners handle the conditions. British trainers also have a good record in the race and with Martin Harley again in the plate Cay Verde could go very close if reproducing his last run in France.
