I'm sure you already know the answer, or at least part of it. Avoid the leagues you know little about. Going on stats alone, which is really all you have, is not enough. You don't have enough info available on 'mickey mouse' leagues. The list of problems in these games is endless and will include lack of knowledge regarding; players out, local rivalry or league position where a draw may suit both sides, including a 0-0, fixed games ad infinitum. Yes, you will get winners for a while and may get lucky, but it won't really last too long. I've been doing the 1 goal bet for quite a while now and simply stick to what I know. I also take my time. There's a few on here going hell for leather and doing too many games at once. Dodging that 0-0 bullet is the key and of course they will still pop up in the 'normal' league but at least you can make an educated choice. Gut feeling is another important weapon in my arsenal. You can't have a gut feeling about a game in a foreign league where you can't even pronounce some of the teams. Leave the in play bets alone as well. All this gives you is a better price. If it's a better price you're after then the 1 goal bet isn't for you. It's a better price for a reason and the reason is that there's less chance of a goal, mainly due to less playing time being left in the game. You know most of what I've written will make sense, just try to use some of it and it may get you further along the trail. I'm only quoting from pure experience over the years and watching others fail time after time. I held the record on Betfair at 83 for a while, under a different name, but that's as far as I got.
