BOG and Rule4

I'm sorry but today I had some discussion with a Bet365 operator about Rule 4 and BOG. As many in the market I had a bet on Sputnik Sweetheart today (Bath 2.20). Got it @11/4 on Bet365 *BOG* last night. SP of the horse was 11/4. Today I noticed they paid me with a 11/4 Rule 4 (15p) deduction. So my 100€ staked instead of being a net €275 payout are actually €233,75. I asked the CC the reason because I thought the bookie offering a BOG will ever pay the bigger amount in case of a Rule4 (in this case the SP). The girl told me: "Yes, we apply both the BOG and the Rule4. So you got the BOG @11/4 and then the Rule4 (15p) deduction. That's why your winning are less than expected." I was like :unsure Anyone had the same bet on Bet365? How did they paid you? Could anybody explain me how BOG in case of a Rule4 works in other bookies like Laddies or Hills? Any help appreciated, many thanks.

It was my BBOTD. I got 10/3 last night, and i was hit with a 15p R4. The reason you didn't get 11/4 was because the horse that was withdrawn was withdrawn about 30 seconds before the start of the race, so the market did not have time to reform. So it is a 15p Rule 4 on all bets, even on the SP of 11/4. It is correct, and same with all bookmakers that offer BOG.
