Ive been a keen Wii player for several years now, and with the upcoming release of the next gen console the WiiU, the Wii will soon be obsolete and it`ll be time to move on :\ Ive tried a ps3 and an xbox and the analog controls just arent me, im all about the motion control. There`s no release date yet on when this console will be unleashed on the markets BUT from what ive been able to find out its due around a 2 week period within the 1st 2 weeks on November to coincide with the release of the new Call Of Duty game Black Ops 2 which is released on November the 13th. The prices again are a little vague with figures between £200 and £250 being the word on the street. Now I cant afford this straight away and was planning to wait until the summer 2013 before buying one, with it being released in the xmas build up, its a complete no no for me until then. So I got to thinking , why not start a Glory Hunt and try to get it on the cheap. So here`s the deal I`m giving myself a fair crack at this so i`m starting with 3 banks @ £10.00, and i`m doing 1 bet per bank per day, then stop. My bets will be horse racing dutch bets at short odds and i`ve worked out that as of tomorrow i`ll have 70 days until November 1st, so starting with £10, doing 70 bets at odds of 1.05, will return me £294.60, which will be just the ticket to buy the console and a game or 2. Start bank £10.00 10 bets @ 1.05 = £16.28 20 bets @ 1.05 = £26.37 30 bets @ 1.05 = £42.72 40 bets @ 1.05 = £69.21 50 bets @ 1.05 = £112.25 60 bets @ 1.05 = £181.85 70 bets @ 1.05 = £294.60 1.05 is pretty much as low as I can go for a dutch on any given race, and there`s a few bonus`s that could happen along the way. Firstly, I`ll get best odds guaranteed, now this wont have as much impact with singles as it would doing multiples BUT it could very well change a few 1.05s into 1.10s, and that in itself could make the quest much quicker. Also if I manage to keep 2 banks going long enough, it`ll be over in half the time. I feel I know my horses well enough to make this successful, if i`m careful, don`t chase, and don`t do anything silly, stick to my rules and always bear in mind that I only need 1 bank to succeed for me to get to my target.
