20.35 - Kempton - Dozy Joe @ 12/1 Bet365 Ian Wood's 4yo is used to mixing it in slightly better company than this so it would be no surprise to me to see him win now dropped to class 5 company on the AW after falling to a mark of 75 following a series of mediocre efforts this summer. His only handicap success to date came at this course off a mark of 76, so is on a winning mark and has a handy 7lb taken off his back by inform claimer Michael Murphy. Plum draw in stall 1 and providing he proves the trip suits him (yet to win over 7f) he should go close.

Re: Flat Racing Wednesday 15th August *Granston - Beverley 6:00* Course winner which can prove advantageous who has won 10 times in it's career. It's last win was off a mark of 84, so running off 74 tomorrow, it has a huge chance at the weights. It is an 11 year old, but should still have enough ability to win here off this mark. Has a very interesting record at Beverley. It's record here is 2nd, 2nd and 1st from three runs at the track, never runs a bad race here. 7 of it's 10 wins have come on good to firm ground, so that is another box ticked. Graham Lee is in great form on the flat and the Bethell stable is in decent nick. This is his only runner of the day. His last runner at Beverley won, and he has had 3 winners from his last 10 runners here.
