I'm starting a website for Flat Turf H'caps tips.My method does not work on AW or NH racing.I would like to continue giving tips during the winter.Which country has Flat H'cap racing similar to Britain with OR rating given to horses?I would like to try Australian,South African,Hong Kong racing.Does Betfair take bets on these countries racing?
