Lock seems to have some problems... :loon http://pokerfuse.com/news/poker-room-news/deposit-problems-lock-lead-calls-boycott/ Dissatisfied players picket Revolution Gaming skin over a lack of communication. Players are calling for a boycott of the relaunched Lock Poker due to an ongoing issue with uncredited deposits. Deposits using a variety of methods are failing to register in player accounts even though the funds are taken from credit cards and online services such as Moneybookers. Deposits made by US and non-US players are failing to be recognized in the cashier. Some players report deposits went into casino accounts; others may be the victim of timeouts during the cashier process; still others report that their money has simply not shown up at all. Lock Poker has fixed some of the players’ problems and credited their accounts, but others are waiting with almost no responses to frustrated emails. This is not the first time players have complained of disappearing funds: The first few days of Revolution’s launch were plagued by a software bug that did not correctly credit winnings to players when leaving cash tables or winning SNGs. This issue has reportedly been resolved, but the new problem, which is apparently widespread, is still ongoing and the lack of communication has left players with serious concerns. In the 2+2 thread where this was initially reported, Lock Poker reps have been notable by their absence. Players and moderators have pleaded to Lock to help players. “Lock, you have to publicly address this situation right away. [Lock Poker representatives] Rizen and Shane, this is about you. You have to say something,” stated “Microbob,” one moderator at the forum. Failure to reply has had one immediate consequence: Affected players have set up a thread calling for players to boycott Lock Poker and another to conduct an anti-Lock campaign on Twitter. The decision to not address players’ concerns impedes Lock’s attempts to distance itself from previous negative publicity, including when Jose “Girah” Macedo, a Lock Pro, admitted to chip dumping and account sharing, a suspected cover-up of the incident, issues with its Maltese regulator and problems with bots.
