sarah07 Posted July 16, 2012 Share Posted July 16, 2012 Over the past 12 months UK superstar Frankel reamins at the top in the International Federation of Horseracing Authorities, placing Black Caviar at the second spot, but the Australian mare has been voted by the Hong Kong public as the Most Admired Overseas Horse. Black Caviar earned 53 percent of the vote to easily account for Frankel, who polled 16.5 percent. The English and Irish Derby winner Camelot finished third with five percent of the 165,884 votes registered. Ahead of Australian rider Brett Prebble, Douglas Whyte was crowned as the Hong Kong`s most popular jockey.And Group I King’s Stand Stakes winner Little Bridge was voted Hong Kong’s most popular horse followed by Ambitious Dragon and Lucky Nine.
