Haydock 8.20 Trail Blaze 9-2 Bet365 (bog) This colt has done nothing but improve with every start and battled on well to win his latest contest over the course and distance from another of tomorrows rivals. He's been given plenty of time to get over that and should go well again for his in form yard.

Re: BBOTD - Thursday 14th June 17.05 Newbury: Sign Manual @ 7/1 Bet365 Nicholascopernicus looks hard to beat under a 6lb penalty but I fancy Sign Manual to improve allot for his Handicap debut. I don't mind the first two career starts but in his third start three weeks ago he showed some improvement when finishing third to short odds-on favourite Handsome Ransom at Kempton. His opening mark off 72 looks more than fair and he could prove a good deal better than that over a distance that should suit and over soft ground which should suit very much either as he is a Motivator son. So Sign Manual looks to have loads in favour and could be very well handicapped, therefore is the value for me in the race.
