Following on from a thread I started in the main section; horses having their first runs under a new trainer. These are published on a daily basis in various places but the normal punter will have little idea of how well a trainer does with new charges to their yards unless they've done some prior research. With a little help I've found out how to achieve this and will try to list the daily runners from trainers who have a 20% or higher strike rate of horses having their first run for the yard. Won't be including any stats, so you'll have to take my word for it. Re: Trainer triumph Good luck with this. It's definately a thing where a bad horse comes good under a new trainer. Although that horse perhaps needs a bit of time under the new trainer. Could try setting Days Since Last Run = 28days+to see if that has any bearing. :hope
