Either way and since only 3 of the 4 bounties showed up, if they have made a mistake then Marcin should get $150 too imo as a good will gesture for their poor customer service. Try contacting a Steve Reynolds. He is (or at least was in February) one of the poker specific guys and I found him to be really understanding, professional & helpful when I experienced a problem earlier in the year. He is/was a player himself so understands aspect from this aspect when things are pointed out to him. Philip Harper is (or at least was at the time) the Duty Poker Manager, but might be more difficult to get hold of. I'd personally try Steve. In terms of the hand, I personally think that both higher board kickers play and you both therefore have the same hand and should either receive a bounty each or at least share it, but it ofc depends on their rules/t&c's.
