Georgian King - Kempton 2:35 Ran a very eye-catching 4th nine days ago at Cheltenham, and it was 4th of a big field of 23 runners at Cheltenham too! The impressive Decoy won that day and Georgian King stayed on from a long way back to finish 4th and was staying on very strong at the finish over 2m 5f, so the extra 3 furlongs tomorrow should be perfect. Runs off the same mark and is now still 7 pounds lower than its last winning mark, won off 122 at Doncaster in 2009. Has won over 3 miles before , Matt Crawley takes off a handy few pounds and Suzy Smith has just hit form with her last runner, Emmaslegend, winning at Ascot yesterday. This is her only runner tomorrow and the jockey is in good form with 2 winners from his last 6 rides. Big chance i think. WIN @ 6/1 Hills BOG

Re: Jump Racing Monday 21th November 14:35 Kempton TOP SMART was pulled up last time but he stumbled and lost his action and that’s an effort easily excused as he was still going very well at the time. Back in trip slightly to 3 miles, he has a decent chance today as I feel he’s unexposed as a stayer over this distance and that he still has a fair bit in hand on the handicapper. Twice a winner at a low level over hurdles last season, he ended that season with a very nice run off a mark of 113 at Haydock in a valuable event over 2m4f, a tougher race than today. He shaped as further would be beneficial as he was only catching the leaders towards the death and 3 miles on a fairly easy track like Kempton should definitely be within range. As previously mentioned, he was pulled up last time on seasonal reappearance over 3m2f but that was due to losing his action and nothing due to how he was performing, as he had was trading at a low of 2.90 and hadn’t yet been asked for his effort about three hurdles out. It was a promising return to action beforehand at that new trip and although not completing the race, the run should have brought him on if he’s feeling no ill-effects from the stumble. 3 miles around Kempton should suit Top Smart, as he looked that he’d stay further last season and he certainly looked in decent form before being pulled-up last time. A mark of 115 looks workable, especially as that Haydock race has worked out well (plenty of chasing winners) and a replication of that effort today would see him in the first three. Danny Mullins makes the trip over from Punchestown on Sunday for the one ride and he’s good value for his 3lb claim. Seamus Mullins himself is starting to hit form, with a couple of winners recently and one of his horses running a cracker at Ascot over the weekend. He’s a 14/1 shot and that’s much too big, as I had him at around an 8/1 chance and a medium each-way stakes investment as I think he has a very high possibility of a place finish or better today, even though the 1/5 terms aren’t the most appealing.
