12.00 Lingfield This is a dreadful race full of poor performers. If what and maybe might get the soft lead he requires like he got when winning at Yarmouth but was all out to do so and although only 2lb higher probably worth taking on on efforts prior to that win. Entrance ran probably one of her best races last time out but that was in an ameteur event which can usually be taken with a pinch of salt, its also worth noting she has been well held on all starts on the polytrack and looks worth taking on again. Hursley Hope makes handicap and polytrack debut but has pretty much failed to beat a rival in 3 starts showing very little ability, also comes here on the back of a break and therefore may need the run. Days In May is another handicap debutant but her best form has come on 1 start on the polytrack when 5th of 10 in a maiden over 9f staying on quite eye catchingly, showed little last time out but easily excused back on turf and over 7f. Steps up markedly in trip today and looks to have been given a reasonable mark and been found an extremely winnable race and well drawn to boot in stall 5. 3pt win Days In May 4/1 bet365 3.20 Lingfield Good looking handicap but several of the top performers have something to prove at the moment and that can be said for my selection Chapter and Verse he hasnt won since taking the London Mile Handicap last year in really good style that was off a mark of 87, ran a great race in defeat last time out in turf only going down by a neck at Nottingham that was off a 10lb lower turf mark than what he has to race off today racing off 92 today has placed off 94, should get a run race to suit with Nazreef and Loyalty in the field and Lingfield opens up nicely around the home bend for finishers and could just find this fall apart at the right moment. When he finds his form he does tend to hold it which all bodes well aswell. 2pts e/w Chapter and Verse 10/1 lads 3.55 Lingfield Ocean Of Peace has a good record around here with 3 wins from 7 runs, latest only coming off a 1lb higher mark but didnt show much back from a break last time out at Kempton maybe can be forgiven that run under inexperienced rider but still needed to show more. Woop Woop is slowly coming down the handicap but has on more than one occasion looked to need further than this and again last time out finishing well over this trip will probably need to find more kept to this trip. Abigails Angel is fairly consistent but doesnt win often enough having had plenty of chances, perhaps unhelped by being carried wide around the bend before staying on well last time out but looks handicapped to her best at the moment. Warden Bond and Beggers Belief are closely matched on there run two weeks ago at kempton. Warden Bond was a neck behind that day and is 1lb better off today but draw hasnt been kind again today and I would expect Beggers Belief to confirm that form today again from a better draw he seems to have found some form since fitted with blinkers and a more positive ride did the job last time out and Sanders keeps the ride and hopefully the same thing can be adopted here again. The other that interests me is a horse I tipped up last time out in Tinkerbell Will who seems to have found her form recently only finding another unexposed sort too good last time out holding the rest of the field comfortably, up a 1lb for that effort but very underrated experienced apprentice takes off a handy 3lb making her look well treated, draw could have been kinder and this trip is a step up and has to prove she will stay and it is a mixed message on pedigree side. 2pt win Beggers Belief 11/4 bet365 1pt win Tinkerbell Will 9/1 bet365

Re: Flat Racing 12th Nov 2:50 Lingfield: Global City 2pts win 1pt place 14/1 Betfred (1/4 123) Global City goes very well on an artificial surface and he lines up here at what looks a decent price. Global City has a 50% strike rate in this sphere and is rated ten pounds higher than on turf. He appeared to be full of running when suffering a difficult passage at Chester last time out and with his trainer in such fine form in the last fortnight and having a profitable record at the track, Global City looks likely to give a good account.
