Flat Racing Saturday 29th of October

Recommended Posts

Re: Flat Racing Saturday 29th of October I am going to stick with Chris Catlin tomorrow, he has 2 nice priced rides and he has two favourites that both have good chances of winning. He has one ride at Newmarket at a big price before going off to Wolverhampton for 3 rides in the last 3 races. Afkar - Newmarket 3:15 Catlin rides this before heading off to Wolverhampton. This is a very competitive handicap and i think it has a place chance. Was 2nd on debut at Brighton, going off at 9/4 so was well regarded i would imagine. Lost out to Cafe Elektric that day and traded at 1.31 in running. Then went on and came 2nd here on the Newmarket Rowley over 7f and lost out by a head to Commended of the Hills yard. Traded at 1.14 that day. Then ran on the AW at Kempton and was 2nd again , 2nd to Dream Achieved again from the Hills stable. Was then given a few months break and ran in a handicap for the first time at Yarmouth, finishing 7th of 9 but probably needed the run. Runs in its second handicap tomorrow off 3 pounds lower and should be sharper, also wears blinkers for the first time. Going to have a bet on it e/w. Bursting Bubbles - Wolverhampton 8:20 Was 3rd of 9 on debut, running on strongly late in the day which means the step up in trip will be very much in its favour and should be tough to beat in this race. Was 3rd behind Graser of the Botti yard at Kempton. Ed Dunlop is in good nick, has had a few winners of late and Catlin has 1 win and 1 place from 5 rides at the track for the trainer. Trainer does well at the track too! Agilete - Wolverhampton 8:50 C+D winner 3 times and is now 15 pounds lower than its last handicap run on the AW and had two decent enough runs last two runs when 2nd to Jorduara at Wolverhampton and 3rd to Safari Team at Lingfield. Lydia Pearce had a winner recently also and ill have an e/w punt. Martine's Spirit - Wolverhampton 9:20 Interestingly Haggas has a runner in the last at Wolverhampton tomorrow and it seems to have a winning chance. Left average debut run behind when 3rd of 15 at Nottingham at 66/1 behind Eshtibaak and now in a much weaker race tomorrow looks sure to go very close. Backed Afkar E/W @ 33/1 Bet365 BOG Backed Agilete E/W @ 14/1 Will back the other two tomorrow!
