JulieC
My Avast flags up Intertops as malware. (PokerClient_hop.dll is described as Win32.Malware-gen - High Threat) I'm familiar with false positives, but in my experience it's rare for these to be described as 'High Threat'. Does anybody else have similar concerns with Intertops, or indeed other Poker software?

Haichan
Re: Poker Software / Malware The problem with some of the more agressive maleware programmes is that they flag several of the poker sites as maleware because several like everest and titan do contain some casino spyware. If you remove the flagged spyware the poker programmes do not work. So its catch 22. If you want to play those sites then you have to accept a certain ammount of spam email from casino sites. Best solution is to flag it all as spam in your email programme and to use something like http://www.iobit.com/advancedsystemcareper.html or http://www.piriform.com/CCLEANER to clean out your registry and browser every couple of days. Thanks Haichan. I've uninstalled it for now, and I'll reinstall it when I need it. I do use CCleaner regularly and it's excellent.
