Reasoning	Won sole start on the All-Weather (first run of the year) and place twice on Turf this year (from 5 starts) including at this course. The going forecast is Good, Good to Firm in places for the race. He's not raced on ground that quick in a while and I think this will get him to run very well. The last two starts had been on Good to Soft. Not disgraced but not his best, 2nd and 9th by 1 3/4 and 5 lengths. He once raced on Good to Firm and that was his second start of the year. Finished 2nd by a neck to the St Leger 2nd Brown Panther.

Reasoning	Having a good year so far and comes here with the giving weight all around. He won a Listed contest to start the British campaign at Pontefract by 2 1/4 lengths to St Moritz. The next two had been in Group 3 at Salisbury and a Group 2 at Goodwood. Finished 7th of 13 at Salisbury but beaten just 3 lengths. Last time out was for 4th of 7 by 2 3/4 lengths in the Celebration Mile. He was a much improved runner last time out. Ahead of him were Dubawi Gold, Set The Trend, and Beacon Lodge. Dubawi Gold had been the 2,000 Guineas (British and Irish) 2nd and Beacon Lodge placed on his last four runs (twice in Group 3 and twice in Group 2). Frankie Dettori is booked for the first time this year. The partnership has a record of 2nd, 1st, 1st. 2nd in the Group 1 Criterium International at St Could their first time out, won a Group 3 in France and Group 2 in Germany.
