Reasoning	Maiden winner from penultiamte start. He's made good progress as the trip got longer. Debut at 5f was only for 4th of 8, the next two was at 6f finishing 2nd in both then won at 7f at fourth time asking. Last time out was his first run at 1m and the ground was his first run on Good to Soft. It was at Newmarket so it was not easy, he finished 33rd of 12 by 2 lengths. The ground is faster today so it's likely we'll see his best once again. Jockey Jamie Spencer is booked and he's good to have at this track. He has a 30% strike rate with 2yo's here the last 5 seasons. 14 wins from 46 with the last two years having 5 wins from 12 (3 from 6 this year). He has two rides on a 2yo today with the first in the opener but I think this is Spencer's best chance to add to his tally.

Reasoning	Lightly raced filly with just three runs for experience, 2nd, 1st, 3rd. The last two was at Dundalk winning the penultimate run by 3/4 lengths over the 1 mile trip in a maiden. That was in April her first run this year. She made her handicap debut two weeks later and finished 3rd of 6 by 1 1/2 lengths to Printmaker and Red Shaheen. She was upped to 1m2f150y. Her debut was on Turf last September where she ran well for 2nd to Group 3 winner Bible Belt. The ground was Soft to Heavy that day so she will not have a problem with the going today. Also, proven to go well fresh so the long absence is not an issue.
