3.35 Ripon Shalloon 15/2 William Hill Very much unexposed and only just found weapon of choice too good on handicap debut at Epsom. This horse won its maiden over CD very easily and looks to have a very good chance of making it 2 out of 2 at the course. This horse is well drawn and will handle the ground. He gets in this handicap off bottom weight and should go very close.

Re: BBOTD Monday 29th 4:10 Ripon - Gerfalcon 7/1 @ Bet365 Finished third at Ebor meet when up against listed company and was on a poor draw for the off. Drawn much better in stall 2 which is known to be favourable over 6f at Ripon (along with stall 1 which is where Redact goes from). Ground will be similar at tomorrow as it was at York so shouldn't be too much of a problem. Redact and Gold City will undoubtedly be the danger here, but Gerfalcon seems to be the one for me. Being ridden by Dwyer again (who has had the last two rides) so he should have a good idea of how to get the best out of him. Good luck whatever you bet :hope
