X__Gandalf__X
I'm paying a lot of Heads Up sit and go at $30 plus $1.50 rake. 5% Rake seems reasonable. Are there any cheaper? Thanks

X__Gandalf__X
Re: Heads Up - Rake find a underthae tabel 50% rakeback deal :) Should have mentioned - I'm getting 35% Rakeback from Lock, so I reckon I'm paying an effective 3.25% net rake. Is that right? Can I do better elsewhere (after Rakeback)? Thanks
GaF
Re: Heads Up - Rake Rakeback by itself is irrelevant - what matters is net rake paid. An indication of Heads Up rake by site/network is here: http://www.pokertableratings.com/blog/2010/09/six-max-and-heads-up-rake/ Lock (Merge) isn't listed (and I dont recall ever having played there) but am guessing it would be on the expensive side in terms of gross rake (so getting 35% or 50% back probably still leaves it more expensive than Pokerstars even before VIP benefits). Merge also still accepts US players - with the USA having gone to war with sites that serve the USA market, I wouldnt touch Merge with a bargepole! If the US DoJ can take down a site the size of Full Tilt (and it may well have happened anyway, but the trigger here and now was USA policy), then Merge surely stand no chance..... Nade
Re: Heads Up - Rake Absolutely, i'd take all money off Merge, and there were rumours of liquidity issues with Lock Poker in terms of having to delay withdrawals as they didn't have the cash.
