Horse racing abreviation on betfair

Recommended Posts

Re: Horse racing abreviation on betfair Without actually knowing I'll say this: Without Favourite - A betting market which is priced up as if the favourite wasn't racing. Say the favourite actually won the race, the 2nd placed horse wins in this market because we're pretending the fav is not there. Winning Stall - Bet on the drawn number (stall) that will win the race - like betting the traps in greyhound racing. Reverse Forecast - Pick two horses who you think will come 1st AND 2nd. So it can either be 1st=HorseA 2nd=HorseB or 1st=HorseB 2nd=Horse A. If either horse finishes outside of the top 2 then the bet loses. Betfair will display the saddlecloth numbers so you might pick "3 - 6" from the Betfair market which would be horses No.3 and No.6. Head To Head - Consider two horses in the race (usually the 2 favourites). Which do you think will finish ahead of the other? Doesn't matter if the two fnish 7th and 9th. If you bet the horse with the higher finish position you win. I stand to be corrected though :unsure
