Reasoning Appeared in better shape when returning to action 48 days ago. He finished 2nd to Merideim who came into the race having finished 1st, 2nd, 2nd in the previous three. The selection is better has built on how he finished the year of 2010 (1st and 5th in the last two runs). Given where he comes from I think he will have many good outings this year. Owned by J P McManus and trained by Jonjo O'Neal. O'Neal's horses win a lot here and it's second most only to Worcester the last 5 seasons. Jockey booked for this conidtionals jockey is Richie McLernon and he's ridden the second most wins for O'Neal the last 5 seasons behind A P McCoy.

Reasoning Chase debut LTO went well. Defeted into 2nd but jumped well throughout behind the useful Al Qeddaf. Daryl Jacob was on board tha run and again booked today. They done well together. 3rd on debut, 1st in Grade 2 next time out, 4th, and finally the 2nd LTO. Nicholls raced him in the Cheltenham Festival and Aintree over hurdles earlier in the year. It looks like he's more of a chaser and will have too much Class for his rivals today. This is the only runner of the day from Nicholls.
