playing freezeout with 8 players man calls 6 players then stack leaving 2 big blind goes allin. now the player that called thinks then without saying fold or call shows his ace ten to the other player big blind then says he has won doe's anyone know the ruling ?

Depends on the rules you are playing? If you are in a Grosvenor then his hand will be declared dead, if you are anywhere else that uses TDA rules or RR then his hand is still live all options open, but he will receive a penalty after the hand. As the player hasn't called and BB saying he's won without the player putting any chips in, then I would look into the possibility of collusion and disqualifying both players. I would have to be there to reach the dq'ing decision as a lot of factors would influence my decision.

Definate fold, basically he is saying what he is about to fold. If he says call then says, then that is fine, anywhere live.
