Odds evolution question

Hi Guys, i'll give you 2 examples : Tennis match Example 1 Player 1 starting odd : 1.80 closing odd : 2.10 Player 2 starting odd : 2.10 closing odd : 1.80 Example 2 : Player 1 starting odd : 1.50 Closing odd : 2.20 Player 2 Starting odd : 2.50 Closing odd : 1.70 Value excluding, Wich player has the best chance to win in example 1 and 2 ? and why ? Thank you for your help. :ok

Closing odds are normally more accurate, but it all depends on the efficient of the market in question, and I'm affraid tennis market is one of the less efficient ones. One way or another, you cannot conclude anything about the implied probabilities being more or less accurate when it comes to one particular match.
