He will be looking to bounce back with a better performance here against Oakland considering that he is 4-1 with a 2.48 ERA in 6 starts against them. His batters have been hitting the ball well and tend to do well in day games where they have won 6 of the 7 games they have played. They face Anderson who pitched well in allowing just 1 run in the 5-2 loss to Seattle and then allowed 2 runs in 2-1 loss at Minnesota. He does not get the run support he needs and with a record of 1-1 with a 4.88 ERA in 4 starts against the Chicago White Sox, he is likely to have some problems containing them yet again, while is Danks is likely to keep Oaklands bats under control.
