Price I believe is 0-2 or 0-3 against the White Sox. The Sox are hitting well right now but theyve given up 7+ runs in all but 1 of there games. Opposing him is Cahill, who struggled in his opening game as he allowed 4 hits and 4 walks in the 6-2 loss to Seattle. He is 0-2 with an 8.04 ERA in 3 starts against Toronto. With Toronto's batters hitting well and Oakland's bats also struggling like the home team to add to their 4 wins in their first 5 starts Chicago White Sox -1.5 @ 2.81 pinnacle Jackson started of well as he allowed 2 runs on 7 hits in 6 innings as he led the Chicago White Sox to a 8-3 win over Cleveland. He has pitched twice against Tampa Bay where he has allowed just 3 runs on 6 hits and struck out 10 batters in 17 innings, and winning both of these starts. He faces Price, who allowed all 4 runs in the 4-1 loss to Baltimore in his opening start, and he has lost all 3 starts aginst the White Sox with a 5.00 ERA, as he has allowed 10 runs on 18 hits in these 3 games. With CWS batters hitting the ball well, and Tampa Bay struggling to hit, like them to give Jackson some run support. Lannan has only 2 wins in 5 games against Marlins, and a 5.34 ERA. Florida Marlins has the better starter, the better bullpen, and the hosts should win this one pretty easy. Also he tends to pitch well at home, where last year he went 7-3 with a low 1.57 ERA in 15 starts, and already has the win over the Mets at home to start his winning record there. Lannan opposes Johnson and he also pitched well in his opening start as he allowed 1 run on 5 hits in the 6-3 win over Atlanta, but he has had his share of problems against Florida, going 2-3 with a 5.34 ERA against them. Like Florida to sweep Washington as not only is Johnson the better pitcher, but the Marlins have won 10 of Johnson last 13 starts against Washington, and have won 31 of the last 43 meetings overall. Baltimore -1.5 @ 2.53 pinnacle Tillman starts for Baltimore where he did not allow a hit or run in the 3-1 win over Tampa Bay. Like him to continue that performance here, as he did well against Detroit last year, going 1-0 with a 1.32 ERA in 2 starts against them. Penny starts for Detroit and he was poor against the Yankees, allowing 8 runs on 7 hits and 4 walks, as they lost 10-6 to them. His record is not much better against Baltimore, as in his two starts, he has a high 7.71 ERA against them. The home team has been playing well so far, and like them to give Tilman some run support to win this deciding game in the series. Detroit will be looking to go home after being on the road for their last 2 series, so they may not be up for this game.
