Free Download Help for Heroes was founded in October 2007 out of a desire to help the wounded British Servicemen and women returning from Afghanistan and Iraq. The message of the charity is simple: They believe that anyone who volunteers to serve in time of war, knowing that they may risk all, is a hero. These are ordinary people doing extraordinary things and some of them are living with the consequences of their service for life. "We may not be able to prevent our soldiers from being wounded, but together we can help them get better." Poker 4 Heroes In an effort to raise some funds for this just cause, H4H have come up with the 'Poker 4 Heroes' campaign, which will be running events both online and offline to raise funds. William Hill Poker will be doing their part by hosting a £500 Added 'Poker 4 Heroes' tournament on May 1st. Tournament Payout Structure Entry to the tournament will cost £5, and there will be no registration fee. The Payout structure for the tournaments will be as follows: 1/3 of the prizepool will go to the tournament winner. 1/3 of the prizepool is a charity donation to Help 4 Heroes. 1/3 of the prizepool will be distributed to players based on their finishing position* *This can be donated to the H4H charity should the player choose (in their name) Based on 80 players participating, the payout would be as follows:
