Broomy Posted March 15, 2011 Posted March 15, 2011 Hi, I'm hoping someone can shed some light on this. I'm not a regular on betting but placed a tricast online with Victor Chandler today. Basically I clicked the Forecast/Tricast option like at http://www.victorchandler.com/vcbet/en-gb/coupons/show/244873400/364 and selected 'any order' on 3 horses. I then placed a £10 bet on the tricast option in the betting slip. Those 3 horses all came in the top 3 but I didn't get any returns. A Victor Chandler representative has said that I placed a straight tricast rather than a combination tricast, but in that case why was it even possible for me to place a bet in 'any order' with a tricast? Is this just a poor website for placing bets or should I have actually got returns? Bet ID: Time: 14:22 Bet Type: Tricast Stake: £10.00 Event Selection Price E/W Terms Status 15:20 CHELTENHAM HURRICANE FLY EW 1/4 1,2,3 Settled 15:20 CHELTENHAM OSCAR WHISKY EW 1/4 1,2,3 Settled 15:20 CHELTENHAM PEDDLERS CROSS EW 1/4 1,2,3 Settled Thanks for any help.
Dividenconquer Posted March 15, 2011 Posted March 15, 2011 Re: Help with tricast Wow thats incredibly unlucky. Not sure how it went wrong, maybe you clicked the wrong boxes. A combination tricast would have cost you £60 and not £10 like the staright tricast bet above. Unlucky mate!
