Just thought I'd join here and post it to see if there is any interest. Not sure which would be the best way to do it Graeme, what do you think? Personally I think Genting as the preferred host for the game/games. I was thinking of a 4 week Mini League at say...£5 with £1 rebuys, 1game per week with 1 point being awarded for the 1st out...2 points for the 2nd out and so on till we have a winner who will get say 34 points for 34 runners. If we do this over 4 weeks then the Forum with the most combined points is the winner. The only thing we'd have to do is change our locations to either PL or AWOP so each player has a designated forum as we obviously have joint members. I have no objection to sorting out the Point Tables and whatnot and posting them both on here and AWOP. Lets get this on!!!:):):) Pm me your number Graeme and we'll sort something out:hope:hope :welcome to PL Cub A forum challenge would be great mate and im sure it would attract a lot of interest from both sides.:ok The only thing I would add is that rebuys wouldn't really work where points are concerned, as we would need to either set a limit, and some players may not afford to play or want to play knowing some members can rebuy as much as they like etc, so if we can avoid rebuys then thats great! We could always scrap the rebuys, and have a variant involved? say Omaha? That usually goes down well and throws skill into the mix. Ill need to get in touch with Genting in the next couple of days to see if they want to advertise/promote with us again soon, as its not fair on our current sponsors if we play elsewhere on a site who do not feature here. Unless of course GCasino would be an option for you. Not a problem to scrap the rebuys and a variant would be excellent...NOT THAT I'D BE IN THE MIX lol...Omaha and my good self don't work(I need the hand strength lol). I thinkthe Omaha would need to be a rebuy though, $1 keeps it cheap. We'll have a chat about the host tomorrow...We're relatively flexible.
