Re: Best bet of the day 17th Dec 2:05 Wolverhampton - Malpas Missile - Back OK, so given he's still a maiden after having been given so many chances to win, he's hardly one to put your last 5er on. However, today is surely, and I mean surely, the day that he FINALLY breaks the maiden tag. Based on his official rating of 78, he should absolutely trounce this lot. His only competition, and I use that term loosely, looks to be Zeavola but even he is yet to place from any of his 4 career runs thus far. Malpas Missile has 14lbs in hand on official ratings against that rival so he should leave him for dead at the 2f marker really. Everything else in the race looks distinctly average to say the least based on all known form, so on that basis, I take Malpas Missile to give his followers a bit of respite from the bankruptcy that he's almost cost them so far. He's trading at 4/9 on Betfair at the moment but I expect the SP to be considerably shorter than that, probably about 2/7 1pt win @ SP
