Snow causes £25,000 overlay at DTD

Hi Guys We have just finished the first level in our new high guarantee £50 rebuy , currently there are just 126 players equivalent to a total prizepool of £18,900 based on an average £150 spend , this means the overlay presently stands at £26,100 , there are a lot of new faces here today who obviously favour a rebuy event but also many players have called who are travelling and hindered by the snow wanting to know what chips they can get if arriving as late as the 7pm last registration . The answer is 12,000 , you can buy in for 3000 chips , take an immediate rebuy then after the last 3 hands take a double add on for a further 6000 chips , in effect you could treat it as a £200 freezeout from 7pm onwards. Rob , as usual insisted on honouring the guarantee even when we only had 12 players bought in last night ! It will be interesting to see how many players have actaully planned to join the event at the last minute. Cheers ACES
