South African Horse Racing Class Progression

I am a newbie @ racing. I am trying to understand the types of races particularly in South Africa. Can anyone help me with rating on a scale of 1 to 10 (1 being the lowest class) the ffg. races: Maiden Plate Novice Plate Graduation Plate Progress Plate MR 60 MR 70 MR 80 MR 100 etc Please add any class I have ommitted. These are the one's I know. Thanks.
