Poker for charity?

Hi guys, looking at ways to raise some sponsorship/raise funds. I was fortunate enough to get selected for the staking in Blackpool and will be giving 25% of any winnings to the RNLI. I am aiming to raise £50,000 for the RNLI by the end of 2010 to support them with their fleet replacement goals. In November I am arranging to complete a 10,000ft tandem skydive. All sponsorship would be gratefully received. The jump will be on the 20th November I am not really asking for donations (although nice) just wanted ideas of how i could involve poker?
