9 flipping meetings yesterday including Ascot, Chester, Newmarket, York and Salisbury, now you would think they could have shifted one of them to today??
Big crowd guaranteed, lots of coverage rather than the TV not even being able to look at the horses for most races, its a no brainer for sponsors, courses TV, etc.........

Going to take a chance on this former pointer in what looks a very weak contest. He was backed as if defeat was out of the question at Worcester the other day but nevr got competitive and stayed on through beaten horses to finish 6th of 13. Richard Johnson has been called in to see if he can wake the 9yo up and i'd be surprised if he cant win in this sort of grade.

I backed this last time out at Newcastle when having first run for Gaye Kelleway after leaving Ed Dunlop. It was  decent effort and in hindsight had no chance with the winner that day who has won since. Gerald Mosse has kept the ride and cheek pieces have been added, this looks a guilt edged opportunity.

if JC and the team keep him calm before the off, really fancy Battaash in the 3:40

Decent race for a midweek AW fixture and you have to like the chances of Udontdodou with Jamie Spencer on board. He has won around her 4 times from his 5 starts, the last one back in January. His only defeat was when he was drawn out in the car park. He ran well on turf last time out to finish second to Silent Echo and this must have been the plan for sometime. Drawn well in 4 (same as his last win) and Spencer is in good form at the mo.

Wistari Rocks has not seen a lot of racing, but returns to the track on a good mark with Richard Johnson on board and He also runs really well when fresh. Could be a interesting runner

Interesting and tricky little race ...carribean spirit is in sparkling form and could continue his win streak but didnt beat much last time so short price seems worth taking on ....both Epsom secret and bookmaker fluffed last races but there were excuses...previous runs give both sound chances ...especially ew so I'll take the fav on for a bit of fun

Has won his last two starts at Wolverhampton and is miles clear on my ratings and only has to run up to form to take this off a 1lb lower mark. Has ran well enough here at Lingfield so I dont think the surface will be an excuse. Lots of his rivals are out of form at present and i'll be surprised if he's beaten.

am I the only one that thinks that Saxon Warrior’s price is f**king insane ?
i mean he could well go on to win and win well, but that’s still a bonkers price imo

Last race of the day but may be worth the wait. Dr Richard Kimble should be up to winning off this mark judged on his last two starts at Beverley and Haydock. Only beaten a neck last time and now goes up in trip. He's a typical Johnston runner who likes to be handy and grind it out and this looks a very good opportunity.

Ask around ...I've had huge case of seconditis lol .....I think something like 6 or 7 of last 10 races finished 2nd or 3rd ....and some were like 25 runners lol .....I think the ground plays a big part ....when it goes fast a lot of horses haven' had it for ages and bounce back to form and now it's bounced back to soft so again what do you do ??.....sighs......
