  1. Re: January 7 - January 13 They weren't the worst picks at all last week CzechPunter,Especially if you like a trade.:D Rochus is 151 on Boyle's right now.For Sydney I'm going to have a try with Marcel Granollers @51. He hasn't really got any record here but I like the look of his H-2-H's on hard against players he could meet further in,Such as Seppi and Simon.I'm only getting started with these kind of outright's so no doubt he'll probably be a disaster this week. His 1st round game is vs a guy who beat him here last year in the 1st round so hopefully that'll will push him on in the early stages at least.

  2. Re: December 27 - January 6 Taking Paire from your picks CzechPunter.I don't know much about the guy but the field looks quite weak,The prices have literally changed as I'm typing this.Best price on the market now looks to be 21,So kudos to you on that one. I took Wickmayer on myself yesterday,But I split her stake with a speculative punt on Kusnetzova,Not the best idea I've had...

Here go the outrights, will come back with some match picks later. Back Gilles Simon to win ATP Brisbane for a 1/10 stake at 13.00 with Stan James Back Angelique Kerber to win WTA Brisbane for a 1/10 stake at 15.00 with Stan James
Went for Simon myself,Decided on Sharapova in the WTA though. You're right about her price,But I was convinced by her H2H with each likely opponent up until Serena(Who will most likely win anyway).Hopefully the injury isn't an issue,I would've expected her to pull out if there was any possibility she would re-aggravate it before the Open.
  4. Re: November/December 2012 Cheers for some of the winning picks I came across in these threads this year. Some in here know their stuff that's for sure. Hoping to hone up on my own knowledge this coming season,Just wondering are there any comprehensive Tennis sites out there that deal with match result's,Form,Upcoming fixtures and tournaments etc.Something along the lines of the Soccerway site but for Tennis.

  5. Re: Champions League > September 19th Celtic vs Benfica over 2.5 goals 2.24@Pinnacle 2/10 This looks a really difficult group where any points gained,Especially away from home,Will be seen as a big step towards the next round. For that reason I can see Benfica starting off cautiously,Which might be why the odds are so high for goals in this game. However Benficas attacking line-up right now is on fire,With Cardozo and Rodrigo combining for 6 goals in as many games. It's going to be hard for the coach to leave either out with the form they're both in,And even if he does,I can still see Benfica scoring. Celtic lost yesterday.Even though they probably had one eye on this game,I would find it worrying that they lost against such inferior opposition with a strong line-up.They'll really want the win here. With a trip to Moscow coming up followed by back-to-back games vs Barce,Points in the next few games are likely to be scarce. Of course theres a reason the odds are 2.24 here,Its the first game and I wouldn't be surprised to see both coaches happy with a low scoring draw if it ends up that way.Its a competitive price.I personally fancy Benfica to take the spoils here,But their price is slightly short. If they were to score in the first hour I've no doubt the game would open up.

  6. Re: Champions League > September 18th Man City Double Chance 2.25@BWIN 2/10 City gave Silva a little rest today and could have Aguero back in contention for the Real game.Madrid are awesome on their day but bearing in mind the massive game they have tonight this price is good enough for me. Tonight's game against Sevilla is their biggest match of the season so far,Because if they fail to take all 3 points they're in fear of already putting a huge gap between themselves and Barca.Of course Barca have to win their game first but if they do only one result will suffice for Real.I think the game tonight could take a little bit out of their performance Tuesday as there is a great deal of pressure on them to get the win tonight. As for City,I think Mancini had one eye on this game today. They will be desperate to improve on last seasons woeful campaign. The Bernabeu is an extremely difficult place to leave with a result,But I think City can do just that with the ability of their attacking players.Yes their start to the season hasn't been convincing defensively,But at the same time Madrid haven't exactly set the world ablaze either. I think this bet is very close to a 50/50 shot.It has just enough value for me to make a small stake.
