    Not got a clue how it works them out but my betfair points are currently listed as :- 26th August - 13 points 27th August - 203 points :ok
    Shouldnt be able to see 27th til tomorrow?:unsure but i will put it in anyway:ok nd do i di a new post with each one rather th should i update the sheet as and when or once a day and do i just do a new post or should i edit? ooooh questions questions:)

    Re: boxing betting thread drat drat and double drat!!!!!!! now thats vented:) nice posts guys keep it up!!! agree with everything said pretty much but so annoying to miss the the boat on 4/7 (incidentally i saw him at 4/6 with skybet a few weeks ago) but 4/9 is too short for me - though i do think cloud will win. in regards his chin....i think its pretty solid - i watched a couple of his fights last nigh and walked through ko artist without flinching as for the comparisons with gonzales - yes he was impressive and kudos to him for stopping him but imo it wasnt the same guy who woods fought - he had taken take their toll defeats from 2 world rated fighters and was ready for retirement maybe, but formlines are there to be looked at! my main concern is that cloud turns out to be jeff lacy mark 2 - not saying woods is anywhere near as good as calzaghe. but if cloud aint all hes cracked up to be he MAY struggle against a seasoned crafty pro like woods IF he is at his best. so although i believe cloud will win i also believe i have missed the boat 4/6 to 4/9 is too much for me on the match result markets....may have a play elsewhere though:) gl in what you back guys - i dont intend to sway youur decisions - just put my two penneth in:) greenhoff - i have no problems with timing when i post - but sometimes i ype in word and copy and paste when im finished

    Re: Betfair Challenge - Team Roses I got 105 points yesterday but it cost me $50+:crylol quick breakdown 1x $12 don 1x $11 sng 1 x $44 mtt 30 mins cash 0.50-1.00 limit 2x tables cash 16 points tournies 89 points my play will be quite erratic and probably will have to do a bit of cramming but should be able to do my share if not a little more...

    I may have trouble getting involved here. I know that I have never deposited on Betfair before, but they are only allowing me to deposit £10:$. I am all in favour of responsible gambling but I was only thinking of putting £50 in. I'm not going to muck about waiting for them to increase my limit or go in and try and deposit on a daily basis to see if I can (have neither the time or inclination). Has anyone come across this or able to offer any solutions?:unsure
    could you not deposit via betfair.com sports account and then just use that to fund poker (thats what i do)

It seems we dont have an omaha player/specialist Im willing to play Omaha when possible but I warn that my record is no good. Not managed to earn any points myself yet but will maybe get an hour or two tonight. Im happy to jump in any game if Im in at that time but I struggle to commit in advance. Finally are we that concerned on keeping the buy ins equal over the month? Finally has anyone considered GAFs idea about a sub-team?

I couldnt take Diaz at 1/6 and thought PM was decent value at 9/2 not seen the fight yet but its one i want to get hold of due to the controversy at least. looking back now the ghost looked a cracking bet at 4/7 but i did have a couple of reservations but 4/7 for someone who has a real chance of being world class against semi unproven on the world stage shouldve been worth something - all easy in hind sight eh;) update of results starting bank - 1000 current bank - 1143 not on target for the end of year but progress being made:) will post spreadsheet when i get chance

    Re: Betfair Challenge - Team Roses hi guys will just post my thoughts on how we run this.... 1. i think all winnings from the games should be kept to each individual player - seems the fairest way and no messing about with transfers etc 2. If we come 1st/2nd - my view would be all winnings won in the 18k games should be split equally by the team - though if the majority says otherwise im happy to go with what is decided. 3. reagrding the games it seems 1 game per week per team member - id suggest 1st come 1st serve initially and then if someone is stuck we can swap around, personally i think i will be avaiolable 4/5 nights a week but saturdays will probably be out for me most weeks and i think i will be at college on tuesday nights in a few weeks, but admittedly have a tenedency to miss it at times 4. finally what are peoples general opinions on the rake - im willing to give it a decent go if thats what the rest of the team is donig - dare say i will just try and bang in some sng's when i have time think thats it - any feedback apppreciated:) and nice one oobs and ag for volunteering for captaincy and admin:hope lets get it on.........up the roses!!!:nana
