    Re: Small Aces My answer would be you dont even stay in long enough to see the flop. Rag aces are gonna cos nothing but trouble. I'll call raises with suited aces looking to make the nut flush. But I'll never call raises with rag aces off-suit. Either you are up against a better ace, AQ , AK etc. Hence if you hit the ace and start calling bets you lose cash. Hit the lower kicker and you could still be losing to their higher kicker also hitting. If they miss both their cards you arent gonna get much action. If yer up against a half decent pocket pair, you've only got 1 over card, which if you hit the ace, you're unlikely to get much action unless it's from a very bad player. Basically a rag ace will win you a small pot (if you are actually ahead after the flop) or lose you a big one. Of course this is strategy for cash and for the early stages of tournies, ie stay tight. Come the end stages of tournies any ace is a raising hand. But when you have the choice...I would get rid of 'em. I don't even limp on the button with rag aces as it's only gonna get me into trouble. Much rather be playing 78 or something than a rag ace. My tuppence worth.

    Re: NBA Wednesday 3/4 :clap It's strange out of all your picks I was most confident of SA doing the biz, I nearly put more on them. But decided against it amd just flat bet them, thank goodness. I'd written boston off and then they just beefcaked it back which was cool. Wolves nearly bottled it but held out in the end thank goodness and similarly a nice 5/4 ish win for ze memphis. Looked like it was gonna suck for a while but it all came good :notworthy

    Re: NBA Monday Oh man, I was following the game on the CBS site. And it goes and says 106-104 final, hence I am totally disgusted. Then it says over time with the same score line and I am like what the fcuk. Check some other sites and they have won 108-104 :) Man close one !

    Re: NBA Monday Ooooooooo that's a beard scratcher. Well all you gotta do is buy 1 point or sell 1 point and not ever do half a point innit ;) I've tried some at -3.5 at 1.83 Of course you realise if you dont back it they will win by 20, and if you do, win by 3.

    Re: Choose wisely ! Prepare to dine ! Have a think, with those hands it leaves 2 queens, 2 jacks and 2 kings which could bust the aces. As well as possible str8s and red 4 flush boards.

    OK blatently stole this question but it's quite interesting... It's the WSOP main event, first hand, and you're all in with AsAc against 3 other players. Crazy I know. But if you could pick out exactly what holecards they each had, what would you pick to make you the biggest % favourite? You can use Cardplayer's odds calculator to help you - Best anyone has managed so far is 95.9 % or 96% (it fluctuates between the 2)
