    Question about limit poker

    Sorry if this has been covered elsewhere. I'm having a bit of a mental block. I tend to play online NL holdem and very rarely play limit poker, the only time I do is when the lads are round for a "live" game every now and then. Anyway, when you play with limits, say 2 and 4. What are the betting options. We play with chips, not cash and the question was raised if you can bet "3" chips. I was under the impression that you either bet with 2 and raise with 4 (on the first rounds) and that was it. My mate thinks you can bet 3 as the "minimum" is 2 and the "maximum" is 4 therefore 3 falls within these boundaries. If I'm not making myself clear could someone talk through a standard limit poker game in terms of how many chips can be bet. Cheers :ok

Must say a big thanks to laidbackbloke as his love for betfred drew me into downloading the software over the weekend and that result was the first game I played! :dude

The lass said that although I didn't have to have any money in my account i did have to have action points? Can anyone else confirm this please. I've never played at golden place before and only loaded it up for this freeroll. I'm not going to have time to build any points up today before the game tonight so if this is the case then i guess I'll be wishing the rest of you good luck.:sad
