its like anyone who doesnt physically talk to a person/client can make things incredibly difficult. I'm 99% sure so people get so angry and they hope that you give up and you can save the company money because people can easily hide behind online chat and emails and avoid the difficulty and potential costly side of actually answering a hard questions. I can tell you now this is done by nearly all companies and increasingly the govt...i can list many e.g.s virgin media, dwp, airlines. it wasnt long ago b365 had an amazing service on the phone and were delightful at resolving queries. post covid everyone seems to be making any service issues automated (AI) or delivering it from abroad with poor english and no personal responsiblity of resolving things...ok rant over and yes b365 are making me mad and tired so they get their way as is it worth pursing after the hours i have spent here talking to you knowledgeable, friendly guys and and with them - a faceless corporate that refuses to read emails or chooses to ignore them. btw I found in the past they (b365 and others) build those bet calculators so it works in their favour so beware!!

I genuinely cannot recall but placed bet at 6 night before race and think was a boosted place race with 7 https://www.racingpost.com/results/21/goodwood/2024-09-03/873889 and looks like 3 NRs so 7 runners when placed bet. I have logged in and attached their results which says only one place!
