Good Morning. Firstly it's great to say hello again. No, I disagree with Trainers getting paid. For what it's worth I would not expect to be paid for interviews if I was a Trainer. It's my job to promote the sport. Do Football Managers get paid for post-match interviews? Do other Sportsmen/women get paid for post-match/game interviews? For a structured interview (say a "Stable Tour") OK to get something for that is fine, but it doesn't feel right (for interviews). I've heard jockeys get a "group fee?", but I just feel the public enjoy listening to jockeys, (perhaps) not so much Trainers, (or (at least) some of them). Justin. X. 🏇.
