Re: Sandown - Saturday 21st August 15:45 Sandown Rocket Rob is a real genuine sort and he has been very consistent so far in 2010 without actually getting his head in front on the turf. He did start the year off with a win over 5f at Wolverhampton on the AW and has since nothced up four 2nd places and two 3rds from 6 runs. His only unplaced effort since was back on the AW at Wolverhampton. Is only 5lbs higher than his first effort on turf this season but I just feel he is bound to go in at some point. Hes been a bit unlucky in running at times and has traded short in running on several occasions this season. This is due to his hold up style and hopefully today he can get the breaks and get his head in front. He has won twice over course and distance previously and on both occasions Frankie Dettori has been on board, this has also been the only time Frankie has been on board the horse so that is a huge plus for me. Was also only beaten a short head over this course and distance last month but he was just headed at the post. Botti sends him to Sandown as his only hope for the whole weekend as he has no other entries at the meeting or elsewhere, which again is another positive for me. 1pt E/W Rocket Rob @ 15/2 (Stan James - BOG)
