18:50 Kempton Cast of Stars has an excellent opportunity reverting back to the all-weather tonight. Showed a fair bit of ability in maiden company as a 2yo, and his best run was on the all-weather here at Kempton over a furlong shorter than running over tonight, and from that run the extra distance looked ideal. Put onto turf on first start in handicap company and ran an absolute stinker. Was heavily backed into favouritism that day and worth another chance, especially with the yard in such good form, with a 27% strike rate over the past 14 days and most of their horses running well. Beckett does well at Kempton too, and when teaming up with Crowley, they have a very good strike rate. Also have a saver on Resplendent Ace. Who has dropped right down to a mark of 60. May have fallen out of love with racing which would definitely mean this horse wouldn't have a chance but he hasn't ran at Kempton for a few races and even then, he was running off 8-9lbs higher. He has very competitive last October off marks of 65, so a return to some form with the reversion to Kempton's polytrack may mean a better run. Has a decent draw too.
