Although Hamish McGonagall is now a non runner, Masamah beat him comfortably round here in May in a very fast time, yet on a straighter course Hamish McGonagall easily reversed the form, (and then went on to win again). Masamah's trainer and jockey combined for a winner here yesterday.

Re: Chester - Saturday 10th July 2.45 Chester Inspirina was unusually held up last night round here, drops back 2f today which shouldnt cause a problem, has a much better record when making all and this course suits those sort of runners so would like them push on with him today he is clearly in good heart right now and a good second last night illustrates that only 4lb higher than last win. 0.5pt e/w inspirina 11/2 corals
